By connecting CRM data, you can enrich your user and customer data in PlayerZero, in real time. Having the most up to date customer information is crucial to effective decision making.

Pipedrive is a web-based sales CRM and pipeline management solution that enables businesses to plan their sales activities and monitor deals.

Setup

1. From the PlayerZero web app, navigate to the home page.
2. Click on the “Connectors” button.
3. Filter by the ”CRM” group in the dropdown.
4. Search for “Pipedrive”.
5. Login to your Pipedrive account if not already logged in.
6. Enter your Pipedrive project domain or the appropriate API key for your project.
7. Authorize Merge to read and write data through the Pipedrive connector.
