By connecting CRM data, you can enrich your user and customer data in PlayerZero, in real time. Having the most up to date customer information is crucial to effective decision making.

Dynamics 365 Sales is Microsoft’s CRM software that enables greater sales productivity and marketing effectiveness.

Setup

1. From the PlayerZero web app, navigate to the home page.
2. Click on the “Connectors” button.
3. Filter by the ”CRM” group in the dropdown.
4. Search for “Dynamics 365 Sales”.
5. Login to your Dynamics 365 Sales account if not already logged in.
6. Enter your Dynamics 365 Sales project domain or the appropriate API key for your project.
7. Authorize Merge to read and write data through the Dynamics 365 Sales connector.
